Musa signed for the Saudi club from Leicester City after starring at the World Cup in Russia, but started the match on the bench.
Yahya Al Shehri put Al Nassr after only four minutes with a fine left-footed strike that went in off the post, before Khalfan Mubarak levelled on 22 minutes, slotting in a rebound after Ali Mabkhout’s shot was saved by Australian keeper Brad Jones.
But it was Musa’s introduction in the second half thats swung the game Al Nassr’s way, after he sped past Al Jazira’s defenders to finish with a clinical left-footed strike past Ali Khaseif.
The second leg takes place in Riyadh on September 29.
