Riyad Mahrez yesterday became Manchester City’s record signing after joining the Premier League champions from Leicester City on a five-year contract for £60m.
The Algerian international has already won one English league title and will be hoping for a second with Pep Guardiola’s record-breakers.

City will kick off their season with the FA Community Shield clash against Chelsea at Wembley on Sunday, August 5, before travelling to the Emirates to face Arsenal in the Premier League opener a week later.
